Working Fire: 2 Engines, 1 Truck, 1 Rescue or Squad
2nd Alarm Fire: 2 additional Engines, 1 additional Truck, Air Unit
3rd and 4th Alarm Fires: 1 additional Engine and 1 additional Truck per Alarm
5th Alarm & Above: 2 additional Engines, 2 additional Trucks, 1 additional Rescue per Alarm
1st Alarm Water Supply (Rural): 2 Tankers
2nd Alarm Water Supply (Rural): 2 additional Tankers, 1 Hose Wagon
1st Alarm Water Supply (City): Hose Wagon
2nd Alarm Water Supply (City): 1 additional Hose Wagon, 2 Tankers
Manpower Alarm I: 1 additional Engine
Manpower Alarm II: 1 additional Engine, 1 additional Truck
Any fire on highway: Dispatch plus 1 additional Truck, Utility 2 blocker unit
Outside or Rubbish Fire: 1 Engine
Wildland Fire
Wildland Fire I: 1 Type 6 engine, 1 Type 3/4 engine
Wildland Fire II: 2 Type 6 engines, 2 Type 3/4 engines, 1 tender
Wildland Fire III: 3 Type 6 engines, 3 3/4 engines, 1 structural engine, 2 tenders
Wildland Fire with Access Issues: 3 Type 6 engines, 2 Type 3 engines, 1 structural engine,
2 support tenders, 1 tactical tender
Deployment (Single Resource): Superintendent, Engine, and/or Hand Crew as requested
Deployment (Task Force): 3 Type 6 engines, 2 Type 3/4 engines, 1 ICT4
Deployment (Strike Team) 1 Type 6 engine, 2 Type 3/4 engines, 2 tenders, 1 ICT4
Rescue
Motor Vehicle Accident: 1 Engine, 1 Squad or Rescue, 1 EMS unit
Motor Vehicle Accident with Entrapment: 1 Engine, 1 Squad or Rescue, 1 EMS unit
Motor Vehicle Accident with Multiple Entrapment: 1 Engine, 1 Squad, 1 Rescue, 2 EMS units
Major Rescue: MVA with Multiple Entrapment dispatch plus any additional units as requested
Any MVA or Rescue on Highway: Dispatch plus 1 additional Truck, Utility 2 blocker unit
Collapse Rescue: 1 Engine, 1 Rescue, Squad 2, 1 additional Squad, 1 EMS unit
Technical Rescue: 1 Rescue, Squad 3, 1 additional Squad, 1 EMS unit
SPT Incident: 1 Rescue, Squad 1, SRU 1, 1 EMS unit
Haz-Mat Tier I: Haz-Mat 1, Squad 5, Squad Support, Engine 1, EMS as needed, Air Unit
Haz-Mat Tier II: Hazardous Materials I response plus CBRNE 2 and EMS as needed
EMS
Priority 1: 1 ALS Engine or Squad, 1 ALS EMS unit
Priority 2: 1 ALS or BLS EMS unit
Priority 3: 1 BLS EMS unit
Priority 4: 1 BLS non-emergent ambulance
EMS call with no available EMS units: 1 ALS Engine Co. or Squad Co.
EMS call with no available ALS units: 1 BLS Truck Co.
EMS Plan 1: 2 EMS units
EMS Plan 2: 3 EMS units
EMS Plan 3: 4 EMS units
Any incident above EMS Plan 3 goes to MCI response; all include DC4 and MedLink Task Force
Mass Casualty Incident L1: 5-7 EMS units, 1 Rescue
Mass Casualty Incident L2: 8-10 EMS units, 1 Rescue, 1 Squad
Mass Casualty Incident L3: 11+ EMS units, 2 Rescues, 2 Squads
Mass Casualty Incident L4: 25+ EMS units, 2 Rescues, 2 Squads, MCI Task Force, State EMS
Mass Casualty Incident L5: 50+ EMS units, 2 Rescues, 2 Squads, MCI Task Force, State EMS
